Delete your account

Sign in, open Profile, and choose Delete my account at the bottom of the page. On the confirmation page, tick the acknowledgement and type DELETE, then select Permanently delete my account.

This removes your profile, sign-in connections, uploads, previews and related database records. You are signed out and other sessions lose access. This cannot be undone. You may sign up again, but it creates a new account.

Cannot sign in?

Email heroquest-card-creator@markforster.info with the subject “HeroQuest Card Templates data deletion”. Include your profile link or username and whether you used Google or Facebook. We may need to verify account ownership. Do not send passwords, tokens or identity documents with your initial request.

We will respond without undue delay and normally within one month, explaining any applicable exception or extension.

Delete one upload

To keep your account and remove a PDF, open My uploads and delete that listing.

Disconnecting a provider

Removing the connection in Google or Facebook does not delete your stored account or files here. Use account deletion or contact us for removal.

Public copies

We cannot delete copies already downloaded by other people or retained by search engines. There are currently no routine backups of this prototype.
